This product consists of "I" - or "T" - shaped load-bearing profiles, connecting profiles, and spacing profiles, which are fixed with adhesive to form a grid. The pultrusion process results in a glass fiber content of over 60%.

how to cut fiberglass grating?

Linear cutting:

Attention: During the cutting process, it is important to maintain the stability of the tool and ensure a straight cutting line. At the same time, attention should be paid to controlling the cutting speed to avoid poor cutting quality caused by being too fast or too slow.


Curve cutting:

     For curved cutting such as arc cutting, specific cutting techniques or tools are required. The preferred waterjet cutting machine can achieve zero heat generation and smooth and precise cutting without polishing, making it suitable for precision cutting.
